Zejax Unilateral Squat (ZUS) is a very unique technique. In one movement it trains every muscle of the body. Yes, you read correctly. Every muscle of the body.
In it's most basic form, ZUS had all 4 limbs do absolutely different movement. One leg works on extensors of the knee and hip, (Glutes, Adductor Magnus, Abductors, Hamstrings, Quads, Calf), while the other on anterior chain, hip flexors, adductors, quads). That covers the whole lower body. One arm does a pull, working on all the pulling muscles (Latissimus Dorsi, Teres Major, Rhomboids, Biceps and other elbow flexors, forearm, back of the shoulder), while the other arm is pushing, hitting all the muscles need to extend the elbow and flex the shoulder (Anterior Deltoid, Pectoralis Major and Minor, Serratus Anterior, triceps). At the same time, core muscle stabilize, those include (Rectus Abdomins, Obliques, Qudaratus Lumborum, Paraspinal Extensors)
